| I'm going to start off this Entry
with Two Words: Boiled crawfish. Hehe. Absolutely delicious. :) I
know many of you don't share the same sentiment as I do, but IMHO it is
an absolute delight to the taste buds and belly. :) Can I just say
that I *love* Cajun cuisine? Needless to say, I always look forward to
dining out when I go down to Louisiana. :)
Anyway, I am now back in the City from my trip down to Cajun Country. I am extremely, totally and utterly exhausted from my trip and the fact that I had to wake up at 4:45am this morning to catch an early flight back didn't help matters much. I had originally planned to work only for a few hours today after I got back around Mid-day and then head home for an afternoon of recuperation. I don't know what I was thinking. Hehe. Those plans changed when I was "welcomed" at work with a voice mail from my supervisor (who happens to be in Louisiana right now as a matter a fact) that he had some work that needed to be done by this afternoon if at all possible, and tomorrow afternoon at the very very latest. *sigh* No rest for the weary today. <sarcasm>Joy. What fun. Not like I wasn't tired already from traveling. </sarcasm> Last thing I wanted to do today was get put in a pressure situation to get something important done when I was so tired to begin with. That's why I'm starting this Entry from work at 8:30pm while waiting for my DW to come pick me up. Oh well...at least these days are few & far between, and my supervisor usually compensates me for putting in extra hours. More later as I need to get things together to take home right now. Feel free to go and take a break yourself from listening to my monotonous monologue Tonight. ***INTERMISSION***
I am back, and I apologize for the lack of luster with this particular Entry. However, as I vowed to write every Night, this will have to do. I did have some Time to write while Traveling, but those tales and thoughts will have to wait until another Time when I am in a more creative mood. I am glad you are still with Me though. And I welcome any newcomers that decided to join me while I was Away. Please stick around - I promise bigger and better (well, better anyway) things to come. Please excuse the rolled up pieces of paper and litter while my website is still in its prototype form. Traveler, I bid you "bon soir" (translation: good night) as I take my Leave now. Until next time... --A
